RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your order please contact &Wild via email.

We will happily exchange, credit or refund any full-priced items so long as:
- All items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached
- The cost of returning an item for refund or exchange is at the customer’s expense
Please include your order number, full name and the reason for return. Once accepted, returns must be shipped back within 30 days using a tracked courier. All return costs are that of the customer.
Once your item has arrived back to us it will be assessed and once accepted your exchange or refund will be processed within 48hrs.
To be eligible for return all products must be in original packaging, unworn in new condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return should the garments be worn or marked.
Please note: sale items are not eligible for return, all sales are final, unless faulty.
FAULTY GOODS
All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch. But in the unfortunate event a fault is found, please contact &Wild via email within 7 days of arrival.
Any garment received that is deemed faulty will be replaced with the same item if stock is available. If a replacement item is not available, we will issue you a credit or refund to the value of the purchase price.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used during checkout and my take up to 7 business days to clear.
WHOLESALE CUSTOMER RETURN POLICY
&Wild take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. We want all our wholesale partners to be fully satisfied with their orders. Please review our return policy below:
1. Return Period

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of invoice payment.

Returns will only be processed for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Payment of &Wild invoice deems customer has read & agrees to the &Wild wholesale customer return policy.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items

All faulty or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.

Approved faulty items will be replaced, credited, or refunded at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for change of mind or unsold stock.

Sale or clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Return Authorisation

All returns must be approved in writing before being sent back.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted and will be returned at the sender’s cost.
5. Shipping for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty by &Wild.
